Smooth, Prefessional, and Awesome Customer Service. When being told NO from a few local dealerships. I came into Prime with a lead from Richard. He answered a lot of my questions. Love this place I got second New Rav4 over the weekend they have pleasant people there been shopping for a few weeks now been all over Mass. Since i did love couple other suv different manufacturers brands but here they got me what i was asking for and at the best price, as a customer that's what you look for. My personal opinion go shopping around and then go to them you will notice the difference right away from their staff to their prices.

New tacoma Drive up from RI to Prime because they were the closest dealership with the vehicle I was looking for. Walter was very friendly and helpful with the purchase. He went out of his way to help me take delivery on the truck. There was supposed to be a driver to come down to RI to get the vehicle registered but no one was available so Walter drove down on his day off to help me.
