Replaced flat tire promptly Called at 11AM to get a replacement for flat tire, made 130PM appointment, and by 3PM the tire was replaced (mounted on rim, inflated, balanced, installed on vehicle; spare tire put back on hanger). Thanks for speedy service on order 250802.

Easiest car buying experience and great service I would recommend Oscar Alarcon and Koch 33 to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Oscar was very attentive, easy going and listened to our wants and concerns without being a "pushy car salesman". 2018 Tacoma Nobody generally likes the car buying experience. But when I went there to look at a Tacoma I felt more like I was at a family reunion than an auto dealership. From the salesman Steven Douglas, to the general manager, everyone treated us like family. Do yourself a favor, if your in the market for a car, at least give them a try.
