Maintenance Visit I brought my vehicle here for required maintenance. Dan was extremely friendly and honest about what was NEEDED vs recommended. I decided on mix of both based on his honesty. Would highly recommend using this dealership if in the Lehigh Valley.

great customer service our sales agent, Oscar Alarcon, went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. He even delivered our vehicle to our home and link our new car to our automatic garage door opener. Can't say enough about his exceptional service.

Easy, Painless, and Thorough Process at Koch 33 Toyota. I had a great experience with Koch 33 purchasing my Tacoma in March of 2018. Jacob Santos did a fantastic job of over-viewing everything on the truck, explaining all options, and throughout the process being very very easy to work with.
