Whoa! What customer service! We went to Koch's in hopes to find a newer family vehicle. We were greeted right away by an outgoing, energetic salesman named Matt. He listened to what we said we were looking for and what we were looking to trade in. Both he and Harley Davidson worked with us and made us feel welcome. Best foot forward I requested quotes from multiple dealers for a new Highlander Limited through the Consumer Reports TrueCar service. Koch 33 provided a quote for the exact color combination I was interested in and also offered the most competitive price with full transparency. I was very pleased with the sales process at the dealership. For example, Brandon offered the extended warranty but did not push me to buy it after I declined. The paperwork went quickly and my vehicle was ready to go in no time.
