No pressure and left with a vehicle I love I can’t say enough about my experience at Koch Toyota. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left in my new truck (the next day!). Our negotiations went right up until closing so I wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle until the following morning because of my insurance office being closed for the night. Service Took car in for 5000 mile service. Was in and out within an hour. Had personal attention from Ryan. My only bad experience was I slipped and fell when I got out if my car inside the service garage. It was wet from the rain. I'd hate to see that happen to somebody else so maybe put down some kind of rubber mat or something similar

Great Experience Great Staff. Came in on a pretty busy Saturday but still was helped in a timely manner. Brandon answered all my questions regarding my vehicle and was extremely helpful with all the paperwork.

Great Staff & Service Thank you gentlemen for the great experience!! Oscar Alarcon, our salesman, greeted us with a smile, handshakes & a no pressure presence. His knowledge and patience guided us to the car that I felt was for me within the budget we were seeking.
