Whoa! What customer service! We went to Koch's in hopes to find a newer family vehicle. We were greeted right away by an outgoing, energetic salesman named Matt. He listened to what we said we were looking for and what we were looking to trade in. Both he and Harley Davidson worked with us and made us feel welcome.
