Great Exsperince Dealing with Heather was a great and fun exsperince. Have purchased other vehicles from her and love that she is dwn to earth and willing to make the customer feel comfortable. The biggest thing i love about working with Heather is that she is not pushy. I would and have recomended her to others as a sales person and will continue to do so.

Wonderful experience buying my leased car! I had a great experience buying my leased car. John was wonderful to work with and made me comfortable the entire time, he helped me get a great price and got me into a car that I feel safe and comfortable in. The dealership has been under construction and is beautiful inside and even has a Starbucks. It's very customer friendly. Great Very good experience I would recommend Koch Toyota to friends and family. I like the Toyota Care option even though I do pay for it somewhere nothing is free.
