Sloppy systems raise concerns We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home and tried to lock the vehicle we found one set of keys did not match our vehicle. The salesman was called, the situation explained and we are to pick up the missing set of keys when we are again in their area. Mistakes can happen. Met all expectations We were so pleased by the service we received from start to finish when purchasing our 4Runner! Jacob was great to deal with. He spent time with us expaling the vehicle both times we were there. He always had an answer for me when I would email about anything. We at no point felt rushed by him to make a decision. Positive, relaxed car buying experience I had an extremely positive car buying experience. John was very helpful in finding my dream car and worked with the team at Koch 33 to answer my questions about the RAV4. There was never a sense of pressure to buy and the entire process was very relaxed.

Jeff was fantastic! I emailed the dealer ahead of time to see if they would work with us the way we were used to being dealt with. Perfect for Car buying For my new vehicle purchase and trade-in yesterday, I had a perfect experience and even better than when it was Milham.
