Fantastic experience Anthony was absolutely great, we came looking for something very specific and he help us build the exact truck we visioned I think the staff is just as excited to see the finished version as we are! Smooth and pleasant My experience was smooth and pleasant. There was no pressure. It was also done in a very expedient manner. I didn't really time it but maybe 2 hours.
Service high mileage Prius My service advisor Dakotah Miller was very professional and personable. All service performed was done under quoted price and less time. I would recommend to friends or family.
Sloppy systems raise concerns We recently bought a new Rav 4 at this dealership. As is usual with a new car we were given two sets of keys. When we made a stop on the way home and tried to lock the vehicle we found one set of keys did not match our vehicle. The salesman was called, the situation explained and we are to pick up the missing set of keys when we are again in their area. Mistakes can happen.
