hassle free! I get my price on the dealer website then that's it. They didn't match my pre approve apr from my bank but they didn't insists me to get it from them. The only concern I have is, I got 1 key for my used Toyota Corolla, hoping to get a spare key.

New RAV4 Purchase Working with Jacob Santos was a pleasure. I knew I wanted a RAV4. He explained to me the different variations. And I was able to make a better informed decision. The only 'hiccup' in the deal was that I left my driver's license home. Left Jacob with enough information that when I returned it was mostly a matter of signing the paperwork and getting the keys. The remaining staff I dealt with were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Milham will certainly be in my future.
