Worked with me to get me in a new car after a service mishap One of the service techs ended up doing some fairly significant damage to my 2010, manual transmission, Corolla. An honest mistake, but of course, still upsetting. Kaitlin immediately called me to notify me of the damage, offer me the opportunity to come back and take photos, and also set me up with a nice rental car for an indefinite amount of time while the Corolla was repaired on the dealerships insurance and at their cost. Very pleasant We purchased a new Toyota from Jake Ferris. Jake was very knowledgable of the product and very patient with us as buyer. We were previous Toyota owners and event though we were on the fence about the new Toyota, Jake was the tipping factor in the Toyota's favor. He was very pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for a new vehicle. He is "top shelf" in my book.

Awesome Experience ! We just about had it in with looking for cars from other local dealers. Lots of unsavory people out there !
