AMAZING!!!!!! Each and every person we worked with at Koch 33 Toyota were all so friendly and helpful. Our salesman Steve Gilbert was by far the funniest and most down to earth salesman I have ever encountered! Great Experience and Great Customer Service! I recently got into a car accident and my car was totaled and I came in looking for a Toyota Venza. I found the car of my dreams at Koch 33 Toyota. Very pleasant We purchased a new Toyota from Jake Ferris. Jake was very knowledgable of the product and very patient with us as buyer. We were previous Toyota owners and event though we were on the fence about the new Toyota, Jake was the tipping factor in the Toyota's favor. He was very pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for a new vehicle. He is "top shelf" in my book.
"Stress Free Experience" My wife and I came into Koch 33 with a good idea of what SUV we wanted and to stay within our budget. Both were accomplished with ease due to the knowledge and professionalism displayed by the sales/finance staff. The most comfortable experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

Awesome Experience ! We just about had it in with looking for cars from other local dealers. Lots of unsavory people out there ! We decided to give koch 33 a shot .Met a saleman outside who was very friendly. We passed on to him our recent experice and he promised that would not happen at Koch33. hassle free! I get my price on the dealer website then that's it. They didn't match my pre approve apr from my bank but they didn't insists me to get it from them. The only concern I have is, I got 1 key for my used Toyota Corolla, hoping to get a spare key.
