Very high mark up. Not lowering price to MSRP. Shady pressure tactics. Very bad detailing.
Appalled by the unprofessionalism of all the staff working at this dealership. One individual in particular, sales manager Zach Elchaar, was one of the rudest and most untrustworthy people. From having to repeatedly argue about finalizing a previously confirmed price, changing the APR financing in the last 30 seconds despite numbers already confirmed by him, begging me to help him and his dealership out, receiving unsolicited financial advice, and lastly becoming belligerent and verbally aggressive towards my husband. I wasn’t impressed, the salesman who helped me was Stephan and was he ignorant and full of himself. He talked as he was reading off a scripted and didn’t really make you feel comfortable asking questions as he would answer then in a way that made no sense And wasn’t a real answer, I purchased my car but only because my previous cars engine went n I needed it.
can't trust them. they change trade-in prices without showing it to you first an let you find out the hard way. NEVER again will I buy from them. Should have gone to Fred Beans Flemington where I've done business in the passed. Fred Beans is a dealer I can trust..........
Had bought a 2017 f150 earlier this month 5/6/23 first few hours after signing. Passenger side door flew open while I was on the highway . Went back same day to get it fixed. Was given issues with it being done but ultimately it was done. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have a check engine light and two flat tires. SPENT 28000 ON IT!!!! This place will scam do not buy from them.
I bought my son a 2014 Toyota Corolla on 03/01/2023. Everything went well until this morning receive a text message from them to take the car in for service. My daughter works there so she took the car in, to make a long story short the bill came $592. Ok I have bought two previous time from Koch 33 when they were previously own. Since Koch bought them out the service dept is a sham, there collision center is sub par an fails to repair the vehicle correctly! I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them until yesterday when I spoke with the head Salesman who confirmed that the 2023 Toyota Hybrid Plat was still available an transferred me to Jacob Ferris the salesmen whom once again confirmed the vehicle was still available an took my deposit yesterday. Purchased a 2010, 25,000 mile cheap vehicle for my daughter that Koch’s master mechanics supposedly combed through and completed additional work on. Vehicle was over KBB price but figured if they put all this time and parts into it and for the mileage and the year why not. I was already approved with a fixed price from Cap One Auto. However, the dealership raised the price and stated Cap One isn’t always accurate with their pricing. Never had this issue with other dealerships. Horrible experience. Purchased a ford explorer. Have only had it for a month. Purchased with a cracked bumper which they are fixing. But the day after I got it back up camera stopped working. Then check engine light came on bc the coil pack was bad. Then after a week heard a grinding noise. Contacted. They swore up and down they were going to fix it. Now it's an issue to fix. Honestly just want the money for my trade and they can keep the piece of crap.
