Bait and switch Purchased a used Toyota Tacoma on January 10th 2018. Traded in a used Tacoma on the new vehicle that was advertised for $19,400. I just received my loan statement today, January 23, 2008 and is giving me a total purchase price of $24,345 ? xxx ??? Of course the sales manager is NOT returning my calls ! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE.

Worst vehicle transaction of my life Used car, purchased out of state..and had transported. all finished paperwork in their hand on 11/08/17. Required I pre pay taxes on an out of state purchase, NOT true, as per my local DVM, then held my tax money for 40 days, I was required to get an odometer reading, again holding up paper work, again NOT true, all that was needed was the bill of sale & the title work. Steer Clear I have encountered many service maintenance issues normal to wear and tear on my vehicle. What has been the normal also for this dealership is patching together a fix I pay for or "up sold" to as corrected and now fixed. Unfortunately and inconveniently most were not fixed at all. And in just one case resulted in unplugging issue causing noise, but later paperwork showed replacement parts/new corrected items and labor charged!! Deceptive Dealer Stay away ! Horrible deceptive practices! Had me come in claiming they had a buyer for my trade.....I called to confirm, confirmed again on arrival.....all a lie !!!! Stay away !!!!

Rip off My fiancé and I were looking to trade in our 2011 Tundra for a newer model. We went to our preferred dealer first and got some prices that seemed incredibly reasonable, but we would of had to order the truck and wait 8-12 weeks. Not wanting to wait we decided to go to Koch since they were the only dealer in the area with Tundras in stock. The sales guy was nice, friendly, and easy to deal with. Pressured and disrespectful We were in the market for a new Corolla, however we only prefer manual transmissions and there were a limited number in the Lehigh Valley. Koch 33 Toyota had 1 of those options. Only one. We went to Koch only because our military bank has a car buying service that gives us a great APR for a car loan. Too pushy, go somewhere else I went here to look at the Yaris. We were up-front that we'd probably not buy that day; we were just there to see if it was even in the same ballpark as what we were hoping for. We gave up on the Yaris, and were going to go check out the Chevy Volt. They then told me things like "Oh the Volt has very bad tire wear because the battery is heavy" and other things like that to discourage us from even looking at it. This seemed dishonest, so we left. Dishonest I was offered a deal by Koch for new rav4. After two days of phone calls talking with salesman about the price offered, I accepted. Went to complete the paperwork for the deal offered. Salesman took the car to get cleaned up and finance person came back with salesman. I was informed by finance rep.that a mistake was made by "a manager" re:incentive offer.
