Questionable sales tactics and unprofessional After many visits while vehicle was being brought through recall and pre-sale inspection, I was finally told to come take a test drive in the vehicle. Sales person got in the vehicle with me and told me to go a certain way which I thought was odd because I wanted to get on the highway. Mixed Review I leased a Rav 4 from this dealership 3 years go. The service department is fabulous. Always nice. Never tried to push any extras on me. Just did a buy out of my lease and this was a horrible experience. No one contacted me. It took weeks to get a call back after phone calls, emails and a direct request via the service department. All the management and sales persons are worthless Recently, I purchased a 2017 Toyota Corolla at Kosh 33. After a while of having the car I noticed a defect on the paint job. The whole car's decal was full of small bubbles from what seemed like dirt or something that was just painted over. I decided to contact the dealership and they didn't do anything to solve the issue. Worst service ever Had a 2pm appt on a Saturday for, oil change tire rotation and inspection. After 2.0 hrs was advised they are almost done now. After 3 hours Service advisor Ryan gave arguementative non sensical excuses and said I will be done before the 3.5hrmark. Service advisor John thn proceeded to have Ryan generatate another customers pprwork before mine. Both advisors unprofessional, unknowledgable certainly not worth the $2000+ I spend on service annually.I was finally released at 5:40pm with 3 tires rotated accord... read more

brakes My brakes do not seem to be low, my brake light doesn't come on, and my foot doesn't come all the way down. You are pulling my leg about my brakes. I hardly drive my car, so how can it need brakes ? My brake lining on the sheet, you have 4 for all the breaks. Then below that you have that there at 2. Now which is it 4 or 2 ? I don't have money to get new brakes. Everything was marked in the green, nothing in the red, so why do you claim that my car needs brakes ?

Beware horrible sales team Wife and I went test drove a vehicle. Tries to purchase the vehicle. Salesman Matt says oh I can’t put you in that but I can put you in something different. I was not interested in anything else so we left. Phone rang within 15 minutes was them saying oh now we can put you in that truck.So we negotiated a little over the phone and set an appointment next day to come in and purchase the truck. Not so good experience I was happy with salesman Oscar but not happy with buying a vehicle that smoked and the fight to take it back. Did finally get a different vehicle and so far so good. Cost me more money but had no choice.

Attention great ignore buying a new car. Otherwise Not The attention you get when buying or leasing a car is over the top and almost smothering. BUT try to buy out a car you leased from them and they won’t give you the time of day or even return your calls. Have bought two $45k plus Cars from them but never again after this experience. Service dept ok but as with most dealers that build a castle to visit (this one now has a Starbucks in the lobby) they will try to convince you to get unnecessary service or at least optional ... read more
