Great customer service Before visiting I spoke and worked with Brandon and I set my expectations and where I needed to be price wise. He assured me that they would be able to meet our expectations and he and the team at Koch over delivered. Not only did we get the car we wanted at the price we needed it to be, they also got us in and out within 2 hours. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Koch and I will continue to work with them due to the all around outstanding service they provide to their customers.

Greatest Buying Experience Ever This dealership has it all. Clean, spacious modern dealership.Knowledged, pleasant associates that seem to enjoy their jobs and that work for you. love my new car! I went for a test drive, not really sure if I would buy or not. But the car was truly awesome! I was heading into work, and they managed to get me through all the steps and out the door so I wouldn't be late for work. Oscar was really helpful and insightful. I really liked that he walked me through most of the features of the car and showed my how to use all the buttons and whistles.
