Great Maintenance service. John Salvo is the best customer service agent they have in Koch33 Toyota. He is always welcoming and makes you feel at home. I have had bad experiences with other people but the few times Jonh has helped me I have actually left the place feeling like I want to keep coming back for me maintenance services. He really offers a 5 star service, and I'm not a picky person and I don't ask for much but some of people do treat you like you're coming there to bother.

Easy Purchase of New Car James met me on short notice and turned me over to knowledgeable Norman Munoz. Norman was well educated about all cars and he was quite amiable. He answered all questions during the test drive and was very quick so there was little waste of my time. Because the original offer by James was fair, I quickly moved to the completion phase where the gentleman had all my paperwork prepared in advance, and I was out the door promptly with my new Avalon. Thanks to all!

Efficient & Friendly Service This was my first service appointment & I was very impressed with the ease & efficiency. As I drove into the service bay, I was immediately greeted by a friendly person & instructed to go to the service desk associate whom explained the procedure. I was given an approximate wait time. I also asked for an additional service & because the part was in stock, they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I was impressed by the professional service.

Bought a 2019 Rav4 We had a great experience at Koch 33 with Norman Munoz. He was very helpful and has great customer service. Norman was very knowledgeable of his product. Car shopping can be stressful and he made the whole experience very easy. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman.
