John Salvo I like John Salvo, he did a great job with my 2017 Toyota Highlander was making scraping sound around the rotors. He made recommendations for service but was not pushy about getting it repaired. He is straight forward service person... Overall solid visit.

2018 Avalon 10k maintenance This dealership makes it very easy for me to make appointment, drop off my car, wait one hour, and I'm back out the door. I love my Avalon Hybrid and I plan to keep it for a long time. I live 2 miles from another Toyota dealership where I bought my previous Camry Hybrid from, and even though it would save me time, I choose to use Koch33 because they treat me right. Thank you.

Car trouble My 3 month old 2015 RAV4 Was brought back due to foul odor in car’s cabin. Koch Toyota’s service department, particularly Ryan, was exceedingly helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but they could not find the source of odor. As such I had to pay for their time, even though it’s under warranty. Still, they significantly discounted the rate I would pay. They suggested trying Ozium, a common aerosol spray I could get for less than $10 to run through filter system. While that did decrease the intensity of the orde... read more

Replaced flat tire promptly Called at 11AM to get a replacement for flat tire, made 130PM appointment, and by 3PM the tire was replaced (mounted on rim, inflated, balanced, installed on vehicle; spare tire put back on hanger). Thanks for speedy service on order 250802.
