Quick and easy process with super helpful staff. My experience at this dealership was fantastic! My salesperson Oscar Alarcon was very courteous and not pushy at all when it came to the sale. Easiest car buying experience and great service I would recommend Oscar Alarcon and Koch 33 to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Oscar was very attentive, easy going and listened to our wants and concerns without being a "pushy car salesman". Great Sales Staff I chose to buy my new Sienna from Koch 33 Toyota despite the 90 minute drive from my home. 2018 Tacoma Nobody generally likes the car buying experience. But when I went there to look at a Tacoma I felt more like I was at a family reunion than an auto dealership. From the salesman Steven Douglas, to the general manager, everyone treated us like family. Do yourself a favor, if your in the market for a car, at least give them a try.

Great service. My Highlander was due for 5000 mile maintenance. I drove the vehicle into a covered garage area, was immediately greeted by a service manager, shown to the very modern waiting room and on my way in less than 30 minutes. It does not get much better than that.
