Outstanding I was looking for a 2018 Toyota Hybrid through Cars.com and I found the exact model at Koch 33 in Easton, Pa. which I promptly contacted. And to make this story short, I purchased the car the next day. But the key points here is that the car was a new one, and “spotless”..all clean as was the dealership ! Got a fair deal Sales staff where excellent they trielt went above and beyond. service department looks very nice but have yet to experience. Finance was not very nice, the guy was very pushy and sarcastic when I did not choose extra warranties and protection. Over all a great place so far, just one finance employee was not so good.
