"Stress Free Experience" My wife and I came into Koch 33 with a good idea of what SUV we wanted and to stay within our budget. Both were accomplished with ease due to the knowledge and professionalism displayed by the sales/finance staff. The most comfortable experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle.

Awesome Experience ! We just about had it in with looking for cars from other local dealers. Lots of unsavory people out there ! We decided to give koch 33 a shot .Met a saleman outside who was very friendly. We passed on to him our recent experice and he promised that would not happen at Koch33. hassle free! I get my price on the dealer website then that's it. They didn't match my pre approve apr from my bank but they didn't insists me to get it from them. The only concern I have is, I got 1 key for my used Toyota Corolla, hoping to get a spare key.

New RAV4 Purchase Working with Jacob Santos was a pleasure. I knew I wanted a RAV4. He explained to me the different variations. And I was able to make a better informed decision. The only 'hiccup' in the deal was that I left my driver's license home. Left Jacob with enough information that when I returned it was mostly a matter of signing the paperwork and getting the keys. The remaining staff I dealt with were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Milham will certainly be in my future.
