This dealership lives up to its excellent reputation. I got the best deal available on a Prius Plug-in. From casual inquiry to delivery of the vehicle, everything went smoothly. I only buy cars from dealers that don’t require the ritual of negotiating a price. I've had previous experience with Acton Toyota and they impressed me then. Tom is great to work with, he heard me out, my concerns, my needs and had several cars ready for me to try out. Definitely went out of his way to meet my needs. I highly recommend Acton Toyota, my first experience there was no BS and this experience there was no BS. There were no surprises except for the beautiful car, and building, and the double espresso, beautiful thing.

I am expecptionally pleased with my experience at Acton Toyota and Sales Representative Stephen Poulin. Everyone at the dealership was kind, and eager to be helpful. Scott, has worked with me several times as I ventured into the world of salesman and client. Each time he was very personalble and professional. Sometimes car shopping can become like house shopping, daunting! Each time that I have worked with him he made the experience less painful. A few weeks ago, we decided It was time for my college aged daughter to replace her car. She would be buying it, but I wanted to help her find one so I called Bob Gaudet to see what he had available for used vehicles. He told me about this older Camry that recently became available and that it had low miles and was in great shape. I had the wonderful task of purchasing a new vehicle for my company. After 11 years and 185,000 miles it was time to retire the shop van. We had recently downsized and didn't need a full size van.
