After shopping at Boch Toyota I found myself at Acton Toyota after not finding exactly what I was looking for. They had a large selection of the model car I was looking for so I made my way right over. Mike showed me the cars I felt were in my price range and was honest about which car he felt suited me. I came into the dealership to purchase my first "real" Car. Mike was very helpful in explaining what exactly I was looking for in the vehicle, and then bringing it to life with a line-up of quality vehicles. At the end of the day Mike was very helpful and the main reason that I purchased the vehicle. Looking forward to working with him again in the future!

I wasn't going to buy another Toyota, but the staff and dealership alone convinced me to go that route! Ultimately, the dealership alone swung my vote to buy a Highlander- and not because they were telling me how great they were or what they could do for me, but rather treating me like an adult (Not, "What will it take you to drive out of here with a car today?") and gave me all the time I needed and answered my questions and valued my time! Jessica works in Internet Sales. She is friendly and eager to please. She arranged for me to take two test drives (unaccompanied) and because I lived near the dealership, she suggested I drive the car home to show my family. She returned phone calls and emails promptly and spent a great deal of time with me. My only disappointment was that she was unable to match the price of a competitor (though the price she offered was fair).

Wonderful experience overall. Both Scott Vachon and Mike Wegener made the process very simple and straightforward. Whenever they indicated something would be done, it was done at that time. I have a lease coming to an end next year on another car, and hopefully will get the chance to work with them again.

My dad had just bought a car here a little while ago and when it came time for me to buy a car for my sons - he could not have recommended this dealership more highly - Joe & Patrick were fantastic! Joe was very patient with us as we insisted on looking at MANY different vehicles, he was very informative and was great about showing us the cars in my price range. I knew that I wanted a RAV 4 and from my first contact with Tom - this was a most enjoyable experience. He listened to what I was asking for and he had several RAVs to show me when I arrived at 9:30 am. My car was ready and waiting for me to drive home at 3:30pm. I would recommend Acton Toyota hily. Tom works in intent sales and I would also recommend doing your research and contacting him directly.
