I bought a two year old Toyota Highlander hybrid. The salesman said to trust him that it was a good car. I wanted a hybrid and did. That was in 2009. Today at 250,000 miles the car is running wonderfully. It has cost me 3,835 dollars in repairs in all those years. I amen back to Acton and had Steve as a sales person. He was as good as the first man. I highly recommend both Steve and the Dealership.
The service representative reported that we needed additional work done that we had not anticipated. We decided to wait to have the additional service done. He was very professional. He did not pressure us in any way. The service that we did have done was perfectly satisfactory.
I've been asked to write twenty-five words about the experience at the dealership. what I will say is they do good work. Perhaps consider reducing the amount of words required in the survey tool because "nice work" does not require a paragraph and reduces the likelihood that folks will actually leave a review. Dealership prices are pretty standard, but I'd rather pay them than risk my vehicle to an independent shop.
Neil Schwartz is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. He knows all the technical details of the vehicle and how to discuss them so I understand what and why it needs to be repaired. Service department has best parts supply I have ever experienced.

This dealership is very efficient and courteous. I am always happy with the service. They tell you how much time the service will take and they are usually correct on how long the service will take. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
