Cassandra contacted me about service items not in original work order and followed up during the process to keep me informed. The service experience was excellent!
Everything is great, staff, workmanship, speed getting the work done (front brakes in this case), waiting area. I've never had a problem with anything at this dealership in 16 years and two Toyotas which I bought there. I get all my car work done there.

They were very responsive, but exact model we desired, is not delivered to the New England area. Our model does not have auto seat adjustment which is desirable for people in our age bracket.
No pressure, no fuss purchase experience. Price is what it is (no negotiation) because it’s a popular car, but the salesman was diligent in keeping me updated on the delivery progress. The finance manager also kept things simple and smooth on the signatures.
Our experience was good and the dealership handled everything in a professional and efficient manner. Transitions flowed smoothly and the areas were clean and well kept. We will continue to return to this dealership in the future for all of our car needs.

My experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton was great on February 26, 2021. Cassandra was friendly and professional and was able to answer my questions about the service. She gave me an estimated time of about 3 hours for the major service which ended up pretty close to 3 hours. I was happy about that and I was pleased with the work done on my 2017 Corolla.
