Very happy with the dealership and sales personnel. Car arrived in excellent condition and I was kept informed of any issues. Ken whom I dealt with for my new car purchase, was very responsive and pleasant to work with and very professional. The dealership was very competitive for financing and I ended up financing thru them. Our Prius had a bad 12-volt battery. Chris Durning sent staff to retrieve car and Service Dept. replaced battery. All done in timely manner.

My current rav4 is my second car from this Acton Toyota and I would come back here again. They are extremely respectful and helpful in getting you what you are looking for. Not only did they go out of their way to get my the car I was interested in but also gave me an excellent deal. I directly dealt with Jack and Scott who were both extremely helpful and focused on what I was looking for. I love my car and I really appreciate the service here.
