Came in for warranty repair after receiving notice from Toyota. My experience was superb. The work to be done was explained as well as the time required since I was waiting at the dealer. Work was completed before their estimate.

Steve Kiviat went above and beyond in making sure I was able to get a vehicle in certain circumstances. He made it easy and comfortable. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my many questions. He was friendly and worked at a very timely manner to get things done for me. Steve was very honest and trustworthy which made me at ease with all the decision making that comes into play when getting a vehicle. I would high recommend Steve, he is all out just a great guy!
