I have worked with Neil Schwartz a number of times over the years and he is very good at all levels, including communication when cels of customer could not be used.
Very happy with the dealership and sales personnel. Car arrived in excellent condition and I was kept informed of any issues. Ken whom I dealt with for my new car purchase, was very responsive and pleasant to work with and very professional. Our Prius had a bad 12-volt battery. Chris Durning sent staff to retrieve car and Service Dept. replaced battery. All done in timely manner.
