Fast, efficient, thorough.. i.e. I made an appointment (nice simple online form, includes car rental), rescheduled the appointment (easy) and checked in at the dealer. I was out and about in about 15 minutes. Acton Toyota serviced the car, noted issues (nothing this time) and I picked it up.. Great!

Salesman was friendly and worked hard. Financing felt a pushy and lacked transparency. The service department did a nice job of cleaning up the truck.
