Excellent..waiting area is super; the advance registration worked well; and the device technicians did everything great and also recommended replacement of break pads that were rusted...they did the extra work within the hour. Thank you!

pleasant experience in the waiting room; waited for 10000 mile service on prius prime. took about an hour. Ben assisted me. They also re-aligned the steering wheel as part of the normal 10000 mile service (this is included as warranty work)
