I went in to test drive a Toyota the sales person Carlos Beltran was vet knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the buying process he made me feel comfortable, he’s great!

pleasant experience in the waiting room; waited for 10000 mile service on prius prime. took about an hour. Ben assisted me. They also re-aligned the steering wheel as part of the normal 10000 mile service (this is included as warranty work)
