I was a walk-in yesterday in need of a new battery. Kim met me on arrival. I told her I did not have an appointment and needed a new battery. She said that would not be a problem. I expected to wait for hours before they could get to me. It took 45 minutes. These are very nice people and very, very efficient.
Scott Vachon and acton Toyota team, were honest and friendly with me. I’ve been to many dealerships in the last few years and I can honestly say that Toyota dealerships and acton Toyota in specific are great to work with. They got me a great truck at a great price.
