A very positive experience purchasing a new vehicle at this dealership. They were more honest then a Ford dealership I used to go to and honored a promise from months ago (even though it was not in their short-term business interest).

This is the second car I’ve purchased from Acton Toyota of Littleton. I also was a customer of the service department for years. All individuals I have interacted with since 2009 have been highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My recent purchase was a very positive experience. Service was terrific. Kim at the Service Desk was very helpful. Got back to me quickly as service was being performed. The mechanics did a great job.

I planned to replace the broken plastic holder underneath the 2010 Camry car because I see it was bent down toward ground which generates friction noise, but the service manager told me technician managed to fix the plastic holder bent down issue without charging me a penny. I feel very glad. It seems acton Toyota in litton is honest. I will for sure keep maintaining here with my 11 year old camry

Excellent..waiting area is super; the advance registration worked well; and the device technicians did everything great and also recommended replacement of break pads that were rusted...they did the extra work within the hour. Thank you!
