Ken White is great to work with. He was fine with me wanting to distance from him. He treated me with respect during negotiations. He is also very knowledgeable. Sitting with the finance guy diminishes the overall experience. Nothing personal with your new guy-he was very nice, but I felt I was adding covid risk (even with the plexiglass), to discuss things for an extended time, that could have been done by phone or not at all.
Our dealer was knowledgeable and patient. He understood our needs and concerns . He made the purchase pain free and uncomplicated. Doing business for the first time with this dealership was a pleasure.
Service was prompt and easy. My only complaint is with the Toyota corporation for not having GPS map updates for the Prius V (I assume this is not the dealership's fault!)
Went in for a 60 K service and the rep, Guy, was very accomadative of my needs re pricing and speed of service. Wait time was a minimal 1 hour, great!
When I called with problem with my car, I was told to bring it right in. Once arrival, I spoke with Chris right away. Communication was immediate and problem communicated. Once car was fixed, call came to me with all kinds of payment and pick up options that was convenient for me.

My husband and I have purchased a few cars from Acton Toyota and have never been disappointed! Our salesman, Jim Sullivan, is terrific! The service department is responsive. The sales manager, Shawn Gormley, also worked w us on our recent purchase of a new Highlander Hybrid. Highly recommend the entire crew!
Overall positive experience after battery failure on 2020 corolla. Initial visit resulted in recharge of battery only, required second visit after 3 weeks since the issue was not corrected. Battery was promptly replaced at second visit under warranty.
Excellent service from check in to check out. Valet service is great to have, doing things at home while waiting for your car to be serviced, time saving.
