Some of the sales personnel need to have a greater sense of urgency and communication. When you spend $51K you expect more timely responses and responsible answers.
Chris Johnson was terrific and is a great asset to Acton Toyota. Anyone can sell you a car, but a great experience is determined by how the salesperson and the dealership handle any "bumps in the road" during the car-buying process. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, honest and responsive. It was evident that he and the Acton Toyota team care about their customers and do so with integrity. Second car we have purchased from Acton, always a great experience. You can't beat their prices, always fair. Even though we live 44 miles away with closer Toyota dealerships we all ways make the drive to them for service.
