Over the last 12 years, I think I have bought 5 vehicles and leased one with Jim Piazas. I have always found him to be ethical and honest. He listens to his customers and then works at helping them achieve their goals. Once, I wanted a non- Toyota vehicle from a wholesaler in another state. I just bought a used 2016 Toyota Rav4 from Steve Kiviat. I am a no nonsense kind of person when I've figured out what I want and Steve was quick to pick up on that! Steve was kind, friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He didn't pressure me or try to use any sales tactics. Jack Was The Best Salesman Ever I just purchased a New Prius from Jack Burke, at Acton Toyota. He was so courteous and respectful of my time and did not push me into a Sale at all. All went smoothly I contacted Acton Toyota because they had the used car I was looking for. Jack was responsive, friendly, informative and we were able to come to a deal quickly. One small issue with the vehicle was resolved and they were able to deliver within 24 hours. Jack followed through on everything he said he would and was easy to work with.
