Problems fixed, on time I can depend on the great service department at Prime Toyota Lancaster and they took care of my issues on my 16 year old Solara. Great job. I have no complaints.

Thank you! I had an incredible experience here and ended up leaving with a new car after struggling to do so at multiple other dealerships. I had a warm greeting after I entered the building and the same guy also caught me on the way out and congratulated me on buying a new car! He was sooo nice, I wish I got his name. However I do know he has brown hair and an arm tattoo that’s black and grey. Super nice. Walter sold me the car and was super super friendly and there’s no one else I’d rather talk to about buying a car!

Great experience with Prime I requested a TrueCar price on a new 2018 Toyota Sienna from all of the dealerships in central Mass. Prime Toyota gave me the best price by far. When I went to the dealership, i met with Jermaine Phillips. The negotiation process was smooth and simple. The only thing we went back and forth on was the trade in value of our car. Fast and efficient I brought my 2017 Corolla in Saturday morning for routine maintenance and software patch. The process took roughly 2 hours as expected, and Prime provided me with a shuttle ride home. Everyone was courteous. No problems whatsoever.
