Great Experience I had my first 5,000 mile service with my new Toyota Rav 4 this past Thursday. Overall my experience was great! It was easy to schedule my appointment and the service took under an hour. I would highly recommend Prime Toyota in Lancaster!

One reason not 5 star Never checked tire pressure. It was down. I should have checked.it before leaving service area. Otherwise, very pleased with everything else. Will continue to do business with Prime Toyota.

Worked miracles and saved me Long story short: I was underwater with an older car that was costing me a fortune to repair and at an increasing frequency, and when i went to Prime they were able to work some sort of magic because they got me approved for a 2019 Corolla (which I absolutely looooove!!) and now I feel safe and comfortable on my 60+ mile daily commute! Thank you David and Nick for saving me!
Basically hassle free experience Walter is great. Really friendly and helpful. Honest and trustworthy. I had the most hassle free experience. Price is good comparing to other dealers. Will look into this dealer again for future buy.
