Alright I liked the sales manager he was sweet and extremely helpful and helped me get started with a work truck salesman was alright wish he listened a little better but in the end I am very happy with the help everyone gave me

My 2010 Tacoma I brought my 2010 Tacoma in for new tires and had a couple other things looked at. I worked with Jim. He was very professional and addressed all my concerns. I would certainly use prime Toyota in the future

Great service Went in for regular maintenance today. Was met at once and sent directly to the waiting area without stopping at the service desks (I am handicapped). Waited just less than an hour and then had everything explained to me. I like getting in and out quickly and with no problem. Service personnel were very friendly. I’m mighty pleased.

Car Service Visit Prime Toyota (Lancaster) service personnel are friendly and easy to work with. I requested a synthetic oil change, the brakes to be checked, and the undercarriage to be checked as my husband noticed something hanging lower than usual. After the service the representative went through the paperwork with me, explaining the findings. When I asked about the undercarriage, the representative immediately cheched under the car and found that it had not been taken care of. He had me wait while he took the car back ... read more

Maintenance and schedule I enjoy the easy online scheduling process. I show up at my allotted time and the technician walks me through their plan. I am in and out in a reasonable time. Great staff!
