Mark was great! Had my car towed into prime on Tuesday mid morning, Mark quickly gave me a call when he received the car to discuss what was going on from my perspective. He quickly got to work and figured out what the issue and set fair expectation on time and budget to get everything fixed. Mark ended up over delivering on his commitments and had my car back to me early and less expensive then we originally anticipated. I would highly recommend Mark and will be back again when needed.

Perfect In 40 years of buying new vehicles for both my husband and myself, this was the best experience ever! No pressure, professional, and fun. Great dealership and staff. Dealership is out of my way but I will be back for all service and next new vehicle! They made buying a car fun. That is not something I have ever said!

RAV4 20k Service dept. was so easy to deal with. We got a 20k mile checkup, a tire plugged, oil change and an inspection. We were able to leave the car because the shuttle service gave me a ride home, then picked me up the next day. Perfect for busy families! Thanks Prime!

Solara 2004 They are very polite and helpful! I would go there again for sure. I would always go to Prime but I am retired and can't always afford dealer repairs.
