My wife had been in a major accident and her 2007 Rav 4 was a total loss. We stopped at Norm Wagner Toyota to look at the new Rav 4. First of all, let me correct my reason for visit. For some reason, my computer wont let me choose the lease option, which is what I did. I was very pleased with the service I was given at Norm Wagner Toyota. The "vibes" of the entire place were very positive and welcoming. Ricardo Oliveria was the associate I worked with, and he was really excellent in every respect. Ricardo was great to work with. I was there for maintenance on mmy 2010 Prius and we struck up a conversation about the new Prius C. Before you know it I bought the only one they had and drove it home today. They were professional, friendly and efficient...not pushy at all

I totaled my car and needed a new one. Right away Ricardo greeted my husband and I as we walked in. Ricardo was very professional and friendly from the get go. The process of finding a car was actually pretty fast! There was no haggling on either end, loved it! Once the decision was made, we were sent to Luke. I have nothing but great experiances with the service dept since I bought my 2011 Tundra Nov. of 2010. Although I did not buy my truck at Norm Wagner, I have had all my service done there. Due to the fact that I was out of town when my service light came on, I decided to do my own oil change. When I went to remove the skid plate I noticed that the screws that attach the plastic bumper piece to the skid plate were not reinstalled after one of my services. Didn't bother me too much. i would deffinitely reccomend ricardo to be the sales person he was very courteous polite and friendly he made me feel very confident about my buying my 2012 toyota corolla. he made me feel very calm and wanting to listen to what he had to offer. i hope ricardo gets a raise from you people he deserves it he really knows his job and when i need him again i will call him thats for sure. thanks again ricardo you made me very happy natalie danek

This dealership and my sales person was very helpful.He showed me all my options on which car would best suit me for my reason on getting a car in the first place. He also worked with me to find good deals and the process of actually getting the car was rather quick. Everyone in the shop was friendly and willing to explain any questions I had.
