I love my new/used Corolla! Craig and Luke made the whole experience fun. I did not feel pressured into my purchase. I was able to take my time with my decision which turned out to be the right one. I got into a newer car and lowered my payment!!!! Would definitely go back here again!!!
As I approached the dealership, I hoped for a good car buying experience with a knowledgable salesperson. Craig was very helpful and helped me find the very car I was looking for. He showed me several cars in the price range I asked for and his only concern was that I get the car that I wanted, no pressure in any direction, at all. This was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Norm Wagner. The salesperson (Sean Wiita) was very friendly, knew a lot about the vehicle and service. I knew going in how much I wanted to pay for my new vehicle and what my trade-in vehicle was worth (internet research done ahead of time). I had a very good experience at this dealership and in particular the service associate TJ. He was very pleasant and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was pleased with the service I received and will definetly return in the future.
Norm Wagner Toyota's service was great from the moment I stepped through the door. A salesman introduced himself to me promptly and asked me what i was in the market for. At no point during my experience was I pressured to buy before I was ready. All my questions were answered and I felt very well educated upon leaving. After getting back to the powers that be (my significant other) I was back the following week to purchase our brand new Prius.
Purchased parts for my Corolla. Parts were in stock when needed. Price was only draw back and not dealer controlled. I had a bad experiance Harr Toyota and went outside my suggested dealer service area to insure no repeat on poor customer service. Although like Harr this is another large dealership management there goes out of their way to make you feel right at home.
Went to Wagner Toyota having already research the model and pricing we were after. My role was to assist my college graduate daughter in the process of purchasing her first car. We were looking for a 2008 Yaris. After a no-pressure test drive of several models, we identified a particular car and sat down to get the best Wagner set of numbers. I just wanted to say that I bought a brand new Toyota From Roger Hanks at Norm Wagner Toyota last January. It was the best car purchase that I have ever done in my life. Roger knew everything that I needed to know. I am a man who has bought about 15 new cars for me, my wife and my family. I was very happy with my buying experience at Norm Wagner Toyota. I told Luke exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted for my car and what I expected to pay for a 2008 Corolla with the options I was interested in. I was pleased with the price. He exceeded my expectations and was very easy to do business with. He knew his product and didn't try to talk me into things I wasn't interested in. The car was ready on the date promised.
