Was not looking to buy a new car but the agent was very nice Like the dealership bought two cars from them. The agent was very knowledgeable about the car. Deb goguen was very helpful in instructing me on all the features of the car

Value Their Customers My husband and I have been customers at Prime Toyota for over 10 years. We use their service and parts department for regular maintenance on both our vehicles. I have had exceptional service with all the staff and mechanics over these many years. Yesterday I came in for the replacement of a lost hubcap on my 2011 Corolla. Hassle-free and on time I lease a Toyota Rav 4 from another Toyota dealership which is not local. My routine maintenance was due and my inspection sticker was expiring this month. When I called the service office at Prime I was offered an appointment for the next day for back-to-back appointments. I was taken right on time, read a book while I waited and the tech came and got me when the car was all set. Everyone is pleasant and punctual.

Quick friendly service today on a recall and tire rotation Good service and quick appointment date when I called to get one. I love my Toyota Corolla ! I was a little worried about the recall necessary but I was told the car was in good shape after the service was done today - October 16, 2018
