27k checkup Chris was most helpful. He explained everything to me and got Toyota to pay for the tire rotation. He also listened to my explanation of blinking dashboard lights.

Great Experience I had my first 5,000 mile service with my new Toyota Rav 4 this past Thursday. Overall my experience was great! It was easy to schedule my appointment and the service took under an hour. I would highly recommend Prime Toyota in Lancaster!

Honest quality service Had a transmission problem with my Camry with 82000 miles. They found an extended warranty and fixed it NC. while I had Tea and bagel.

One reason not 5 star Never checked tire pressure. It was down. I should have checked.it before leaving service area. Otherwise, very pleased with everything else. Will continue to do business with Prime Toyota.
