Ok, so I’m here to look at rav 4 primes coming in. Cool they got one coming sometime in November. I test drive a regular rav 4 hybrid and liked it a lot. Ok so the MSRP is this number and The sales guy mentions a 5k markup all the way at the end. Very deceiving! I got them to come down to 3.5k markup by financing through them. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS DEALER! Have been a long time customer here at the service dept, having 4 cars consistently being serviced here spending thousands of dollars, BUT the last few times I have been it has been nothing but a fight each time! I was very pleased with my purchase until I asked them to install the OEM hitch and clearly told them I didn't want the after market, when I went to pick up my vehicle they had installed the after market and told me that it was a mistake and that they would rectify it. I'm planning to have my new vehicle serviced elsewhere, I don't trust them. I didn't have any issues with the sales person and I was going to buy a second vehicle from them but will go elsewhere.
The worst dealership I ever ever worked with. They saw a young female come in and completely screwed me. Gave me a new sales person who did not know their business practices. Sent me off the lot in the new car for it to have damage and was told they were sorry for inconvenience and that the car was scheduled to be fixed and the salesperson shouldn’t have let me take it. Do NOT give this place your money. They are extremely rude, overpriced, and tried to personally give me the runaround when buying a car. First strike: They told me they would NOT allow me to use outside financing. When I asked the finance department why that was, they said that it was because checks from other institutions could bounce and the decision was coming from higher ups. Sure, dude. One of the worst ever dealer , extremely rude and never care for customers, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
I went to have a mouse nest removed and cleaned. The fist visit they removed a nest in the engine filter. The second visit they found a nest they overlooked before in the cabin filter. Replaced the filter but left the nest. Truck smell like mouse xxxx still.
Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a recall item.Dealership Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a recall item. Dealership charged me for the following things they did not do: 1. State Inspection! $35 2. Cabin Air filter that was not replaced, $65 3. When I took my vehicle in the A/C was working but wasn't when I took it home. Wow. It’s like they were trying to talk us out of buying a car. Amro ( I think that was his name) was very unhelpful. He reluctantly let us drive two vehicles. Then refused to give us a proposal including trading in our used car. All-in-all a very unsatisfactory experience.
