I was having trouble with the front-end on my '96 Taurus. When I took it to Norm Wagner, they told me that I would need to have shocks, struts, swaybars, front-end alignment and wheel balance. This was my third car purchased recently from this dealer. Worst buying experience of my life. I was shopping for a 4-wheel Drive SUV with Anti-Lock Brakes. I was presented a CARFAX report that implied the vehicle I purchased had ABS. I also asked the sales manager, twice, if the car did indeed have ABS. I was told "Yes". Because it was Toyota Certified used, the purchase and sales agreement was not detailed as far as options.
