Lack of communication, customer service, and reliability The sales person I had, Walter , was very professional and very helpful along with Richard on the sales team. However the dealership didnt have the title which was no big deal, I paid in full with a check on a Saturday while waiting for the title Prime toyota on rt 2 Lancaster was supposed to clean and buff the car before I picked up which was depending on when the title came in. Needs Help Lack of attention to details starts on website. 978 area code for Lancaster location was listed as 378on the site. Couldn't get a car from Boston to Lancaster for a test drive. I tried calling the Boston office directly, the phones were out of service for several hours. Nobody at Lancaster gave me an alternate number (cell). Went to another dealer today and bought a car in one hour.
Horrendous I went to the dealership to possibly buy a new vehicle, a Toyots Corolla. Upon walking around the exterior of the dealership I was approached by a couple sales people. I was just looking around and told them that I wasn't looking to go inside or test drive. I felt very pressured to go inside and this is not what I wanted. Waste of time These people provide the worst customer service experience anyone could imagine. They literally chased me out of their dealership with their poor negotiating skills. I would never set foot in this place again. I had to go buy my Sienna from someone else. I'm really glad I did......
Very dissatisfied! I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone! The salesman took 20 minutes to find the car I saw online and the keys to it, couldn't answer any of my questions. Tried getting me to fill out a credit application before discussing any numbers, and offered me an insulting trade in amount.
I am in the market for a 2014 Highlander after seeing it at a local car show. I had 5-6 dealerships contact me after showing interest in the vehicle & giving my info. Roxy emailed me & then called me to get exactly what I wanted, she stated she had access to 4 other Toyota locations that Prime Auto Group owns. She said once any of the 3 colors I am interested in came in she would contact me, then went on to say she could have those vehicle brought in to the Lancaster location for me to see AT NO COST TO ME...are you kidding,... read more
they list a car on auto trader for a price and then after a week they jack up the price by a thousand dollars. and not only that when you go into their web site the same car is listed for even more. i have never heard of a dealer doing that. i have seen them reduce the amount but never go up. so buyers beware if you find a car you like listed on any site but NORM WAGNER official site the prices will more then likely not jive. i have to stop now because i am so Peed off that they hiked up the price of the car a wanted.
I took my Toyota Tundra in for an oil change on 3 occasions. I let them know my brakes were vibrating a bit and to take a look at them. I was hoping to avoid a costly repair down the road. On 3 occasions they said the brakes were fine. When time for my next oil change I sent it to my local mechanic and asked him to check the brakes also. He said I needed new rotors and brake pads on all 4 tires. i was trying to avoid this by having the dealer check them. Total cost is about $850. The truck only has 33000 miles on it. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. In 2007 I had the best experience buying my car. The sales person was congenial, helpful, and attentive. I even enjoyed taking my car in for oil changes because of the pleasant people who worked there. Fast forward to now, and Norm Wagner has become my worst nightmare. The last three times I've been there, I was given attitude, made to wait 3 hours for an oil change, and told I needed new tires when I just put new tires on by them a couple months ago!
