Outstanding Customer Service Thank you to Koch 33, especially, the service Consultant Rob Case. I brought my explorer in for a recall & mentioned I am getting a message when turning the car off. Rob, knew exactly what the issue was and suggested fixing this issue; while they did work on the recall. Rob found the cost of the part & had the car done on time as promised. Beyond Expectations Getting service on our F53 RV chassis has been quite exasperating. From the first call to inquire about service through pickup of the RV today the experience has been exceptional. We usually use a different Ford dealer for service issues, but they are not equipped to handle the bigger chassis. Koch 33 will be my business if choice for RV chassis care!

xx on a possible upgrade on the fuel tank Kock 33 tried to find a larger fuel tank for my truck. Very prompt and efficient. And polite. They found an after market tank. I am not sure just yet if it is worth it or maybe a different route will work better

I came to buy a Toyota Camry I came by to invest in a new car, a Toyota Camry 2009. I came and Erin and Alejandro Ruiz helped me so much. Everything was explained to me clearly, all things were covered and informative. I felt very comfortable with the insurance and businessmen coming by and explaining legal things and helping us feel comfortable with payment.
