Regular service visit Stopped in for an oil change, they contacted my service company and received authorization for the cabin air filter too as it was due... nice touch. Friendly, quick and professional as usual.

Professional and courteous Koch 33 was able to give me an appointment quickly to resolve an issue the vehicle had. Danny Rivera helped me through the entire process, from check-in to check-out. He explained the diagnostics in clear terms, and reviewed the line items with me on the bill, once the repair had been completed. The service center is a well oiled machine, and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent service Tried to purchase a car at first that was new. The price ended up being too much for the suggested budget. Couldn't find any other vehicles of my certain tastes in the budget I was looking for. Jim came and asked me to reconsider walking the lot and looking at cars in person since I was there. Turned out one of the cars we thought was going to auction for an engine issue was fixed and the car was still being sold. And I was able to work out a price within my budget that worked. Fuel issue Sales manager was responsive and kept me up to date on developments and work taking place. Mechanic found and corrected an issue that another dealership couldnt find. Cost of work was as described during estimate. Great service all around.

Easy friendly experience. Koch 33 Ford is very customer focused and doesn’t place any pressure on potential buyers. Sure, they have to bring up things like extended warranties and trade in values, but that’s just part of the car buying process. Michael H was courteous and helpful, as were all of the others in the dealership.
