Amazing experience! First let me say I have purchased many vehicles in my life from many different dealers and this was by far the best.... I had been to a local dealership recently that was absolutely awful and unprofessional. Everyone at Koch33 made it the smoothest most comfortable process. Great sales service I walked into Koch to look at one truck and found a different one I liked better. The sales team work for me and got me the deal I wanted. The over all visit was more then I have seen at other dealers. The staff was friendly and courteous

Very happy satisfied customer I came in just to see if I could find a new vehicle to replace the leased one I had also gotten at Koch33.. My lease was almost up. I recently retired and needed to find something more affordable for me now. The salesman was young but really new what he was doing. He found me what I was looking for and within an hour I was test driving what is now my new car. $200 a month less then I was paying. Happy with the service Time as expected parts were on hand price as originally estimated . Same as other experiences with state inspection and low oxygen problem I had resolved at Koch this past year with my 13 year old fusion
