Warranty Service Registration was efficient. Warranty work to be done was explained throughly. Rental car was clean and the gas tank was filled. Overall this was a very good experience.

Excellent customer service. John Johnson was excellent and k John Johnson was very helpful and experienced while servicing my 2008 Ford Edge. I would reccomend anyone to service their auto there. Recommendations were helpful and appreciated. I will take my SUV there for an upcoming oil change. First time for service and it was excellent and quick.
Service appointment I am pleased with the service staff. I only had one issue concerning the fact that they didn’t have information about my extended warranty. Seems like all the warranty information should be in their system. I purchased the car from them, and they have done all of the service. They did research the warranty coverage once I questioned if the problems they discovered were covered. I just didn’t think that should have been necessary.
Friendly staff and great service!! Koch33 Ford is my go to dealer for Ford or Toyota. I had to bring my new 2018 Mustang GT for some warranty work and John at ford service took care of the issue right away. I am extremely satisfied with Koch33 Ford!! Highly recommended!!
