I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer. I was not informed until all the sales paperwork was signed that there was only one FOB for the car. I was resigned to paying for a duplicate, but attempts by a locksmith and my local Honda dealer to make one were unsuccessful due to something interfering with access to the module that controls the FOB. Purchased new 2024 F150 back in August, now with 3453 miles computer message "parking brake limited function, service required". I called service for appointment and they said I would have to leave truck all day. I live over 40 miles away and asked for loaner car. Service said they do not have loaners but I could rent a car and if it was a warranty issue I wouldn't have to pay. Do not try to purchase a vehicle from Koch 33. Despite guaranteeing a vehicle to me (they would not take a deposit), after I test drove it and told them I would take it, made an appointment the following day to pay in full and pick up the vehicle, they sold it to someone else that evening. This is the 7th new Toyota I have purchased from this location and I will NEVER BE BACK. The new manager is AWEFUL. I signed a contract for a brand new 2022 Toyota tacoma for $52,776. which was $2000 OVER MSRP and i put a $5000 deposit down in February 2022. We purchased a vehicle and picked it up on 3/8/22. The check engine light came on the day we got it but went off. On 3/10/22 the check engine light stayed on. We contacted Koch and the told us ' it's probably a spark plug and don't worry unless the light starts blinking'. They could not get our car scheduled until 3/21/22. In the interim we took the car to our mechanic who stated that the spark plugs as well as the ignition coil were bad and needed to be replaced. Had a mobile oil visit set up for last week between 8-12. Got a confirmation call the night before that they would be out between noon and 4pm. I specifically advised them that we needed as early as possible because we work. They apologized and rescheduled me for today 8-12. I called the day before and was advised we were the 2nd stop and would have someone here by 1030am. It's now noon and no call to say they were coming or update. Motorhome was there for repairs. They said they fixed the cruise control. On my way home it lasted 10 seconds and did the same thing. It was there for 9 or 10 days . Somehow they shut the freezer and fridge off. All of my chicken and steak thawed out and stunk the whole camper out. Disgusting smell and hours and hours of cleaning. Now I took it in on Thursday am and it's Monday and they still haven't even looked at it. Was supposed to be called back about this issue so far no one has called. Sad situation.

Work was done well but they started working on my vehicle 7 1/2 hours after the appointment time. Should have been done much quicker.
