The dealership is fine, unfortunately I’m unhappy with my vehicle, it was taken for an engine rattle, ford says the rattle is acceptable, I disagree I would not recommend a Ford

Told me what I wanted to hear only to get me to "come in". Gave me a quote based on my trade and buying a new F-150. Stayed my payment would be X. Gave me an aggressive trade number to get me in. Then only offers Kelly Blue Book value on my truck which only had 16,800 miles. Doesn't have a single door ding and rates it only Good Condition. When I get there he stated he was $2,000 short of his trade number. But the quoted payment went up $105 a month which was closer to him shorting my trade on a 2017 by $4,000. Always chaotic. Always slow. Never again. I have only gone here since the leasing company lists this as the first choice. The first time it took 2 days just to find out the Fusion gas cap door programming is intentionally stupid. The second time it took my fighting with them over 3 days to get a tire correctly changed!!! This time they had trouble finding telling me the progress on a repair, had trouble finding who was working on it, and then told me "oh, it's the new guy." Confidence -inspiring! Horrible. I just bought the vehicle 4 months ago and have had it in the shop 3 times since. The second time my engine light was on it was less than a month after buying vehicle and they charged me 400 for a crap leak. Just brought it again today and now my catalyst systen and they wouldn’t help me at all, and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. This place does nothing to show concern for their customers. Lied to as to what is in truck Told had one thing and. after fighting with them for 7 months they finally admit it’s not in the vehicle and basically told to bad it’s your problem

Awful I bought an 2016 Ford Explorer from them in 2016 and have brought it back 4 times for the same thing because it feels like it shifts hard. They reboot the computer chip and send me on my way because it doesn't happen when they drive. However, the 3rd time I brought it in it did happen while the mechanic was in the car with me and he once again rebooted the car. Collision Center Gieco Express not recommend. Never take your car here for collision repairs. They had my 15 Tahoe for minor fender damage. Replaced fender, wheel well cover, headlamp assembly, and air box. Got the vehicle back an the fender had sand in the paint. I refused it an they apologized and said they could buff it out take about an hour. Yep you guessed it got it back with primer now showing. Refused to except it an they said they would fix it. Horrible Waranty Department Took my truck in for an issue. Issue wasn’t covered under their warranty. Charged me 130 bucks to get my truck back, and they charged me for a rental that was supposed to be included in the service agreement. Horrible horrible hidden fees that are never talked about when you bring your vehicle in.

Recall I dropped my truck off at 10:30am for a 2:00pm appointment for a recall service. I was told it should take 1 hour to fix the recall,so that would be 3:00pm, they would call me when done. I didn’t receive a phone call yet by 4:00pm. I was in the area so I stopped in. The service manager was with another customer, he turned to me and said it’s still in the shop getting worked on you can wait in the waiting room. 4:35pm my truck was done. Very Disappointed this was my 1st here, not a good experience at all.
