Disgusted... I had a 7:40 appointment for a simple Koch 33 rear toe link recall. I fix my cars normally. Hours later at 3 PM they called telling me about how they performed a multi point check and tried to sell me all kinds of extra repairs. Then when asked, they did not start any of the actual warranty work yet!! They said they will call when ready. 5PM, no call. So I called and it will not be ready until 6. The absolute worst experience i have ever had with any The absolute worst experience i have ever had with any car repair. It started after my wife was rear-ended at a stop light. Her car drove away from the accident and after 4 months of driving everyday, The insurance came and we went to get the bumper replaced. This dealership is dishonest and lie straight to your face. Do NOT....... I repeat do NOT do business with this dealership! They will not go out of their way for you in any way. And DO NOT BUY ANY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THEM AS THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND NOT HONOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! Terrible terrible disgraceful dealership.

Service good friendly timely. Only thing denied some maintenance items .way too much money .now I have to shop around see if thats going rate or do it myself .would much rather have dealer do it if it was reasonable. Change differentials and transfer case fluids .$650.00 OMG!

I had a blown radiator hose and they took advantage of me, charging me $1093 to replace 3 hoses and flush and refill the cooling system! Plus $332 to replace the belt. Stay far away!

Simple oil change, went ok, not getting a five star do to the service tech added a oil additive with out my knowledge, then charged me for it. I believe that is something that should be discussed with the customer before they just go and do it.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to trade my old truck for a much newer one. Only gave me kbb price for the old one. Where they low ball it Everytime. Wouldn't let me leave, so I ended up with a new truck that I didn't want cause I couldn't afford it, cause of a baby on the way that my wife surprised me with when I got home with the other surprise. Misrepresentation The salesman did a good job making me feel like a customer. I was then ushered into the back where I was sold a prepaid maintenance plan that didn't cover much of anything. Represented that everything would have been maintained during the plan's life. Not the case. Very dishonest sales approach.

Not worth keeping the vehicle I brought my old F150 here for 2 recalls. 1st time, they took care of it. 2nd time, they took care of it along w/ my Christmas money. Within a 3 week span, my vehicle mysteriously accumulated $900 worth of issues. Both times, theyv did routine check-ups, even though I didn't request it. But w/ all the issues over the years w/ the vehicle and dealership service depts(including the incompetence of Naz Ford) I finally freed myself of the junker.
